Not able to add Gears of War 3 on my Xbox One X !!!!

Dood day,

I have a problem with adding a game code which is for x box 360 on my x box one x. Two days ago i bought Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition containing old gears of wars games for x box 360 and i cant add Gears of War 3 on my account. It says - Change your language
region in settings. I have bought my console in Czech Republic. My language settings on console are:
Language - english; Language region - English (Czech republic);
Location - Czech.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I will appreciate any answer. Thanks!

All about Xbox 360 redeem issue is 99% due to the fact that there is no payment method registered ( you need at least a credit card / paypal or debit card registered ( https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments?refd=account.microsoft.com
) . Could be also an issue with region even if your Xbox one is correct , your account should match (region / country / name …. ) too so please double check it > https://account.microsoft.com/profile/

Yes i tried and it said - this code can be used only on the console device.

I have language region set on english (czech republic) there is not only czech republic.

Only czech language is supported in czech

Xbox goes by country NOT continents

You can confirm this on the locale on this website

Czech only supports one language which is czech

The reason why you are .able to select english is because of the xbox one language independence

However it only applies to xbox one games

For xbox 360 bc titles you MUST select the matching languages

For the best experience with xbox live everything has to match
