Not able to access Xbox live on 360

My little brother joined a lobby on COD MW3 and some guy made everyone in the lobby max rank, the next day he got on and it had a message saying his account was banned, but it also banned me and my sisters accounts too, is there anyway for us to get back
online?

Cannot connect to Xbox Live

Hi,

I am not able to connect to Xbox LIVE anymore.

Last week I saw a prompt coming up on my Xbox 360 to download an update.

I tried, but received an error.

I downloaded the update into a USB drive, and updated the console, however, it still is having trouble accessing Xbox LIVE.

I have put the IP of Xbox 360 into DMZ on my router, however, it still isn't able to access Xbox Live services.

Can anyone please help?

Backwards Compatibility Save Inquiry

I know you need Gold Live to transfer saves to the Cloud on 360 but that on Xbox ONE you only need a connection to Xbox Live. My question is once an Xbox 360 save has been uploaded to the Cloud on 360, do you need Gold Live on Xbox ONE to be able to access
them even though you don't for Xbox ONE saves???

You can view the ban on
enforcement.xbox.com. That is the only place the enforcement team can be contacted. It's possible you might have a console ban.

If they ever do discontinue Live for the 360 then you wont be able to use the apps on it.

Xbox Live acts as a gateway, so if Live is down you can't access any other online service.

Backward compatibility requires you download the entire 360 game from Xbox Live like an "update", even if you're simply using a disc.

As a banned console cannot access Xbox Live, it will ultimately not be able to play 360 games.

You be able to keep them but you won't be able to play them. Unless, your playing on xbox 360. On Xbox 360 you can play games with gold if you dont have a Xbox Live subscription.

I have had an Xbox 360 system for years and have purchased many games and been an xbox live gold member for years. I have multiple games (approx. 50) in my xbox 360 library and have not changed my account at any point in time. When I got an xbox one I
put my account information into it so that I could access and continue with my current xbox live gold account which I have always had. The xbox one did not connect to my xbox 360 online library of games that I had purchased in the past. I figured they were
not able to be accessed because they were not compatible with the new system but have not been able to access or even view them without going to my xbox 360 account on the actual console. My dilemma is, is there anyway that I can access my xbox 360 online
library with my xbox One or even access the xbox 360 online library via computer with my online xbox account as it doesn't let me access those games either.

Is it a setting that I need to change or what gives as I can't seem to figure it out?
