    unable to access private beta forum

    i signed up for the beta and have not got a email or not been able to access the private beta forum i have waited 3 days. What can i do to access the private beta forum?

    Not able to access Beta forums

    It may take a little while to get the access so just continue to be patient. In the meantime, posting here will get the attention of the forum mods / official support, so if there is something that needs to be on their end, they'll fix you up.

    @mayhem - Are you able or unable to access the beta forums? I don't think you are able to access them from the xbox dashboard, but you should certainly be able to from PC. Please let us know.

    Hi,

    Sorry, if you've downloaded your profile to a console that has the beta update you wouldn't be able to access the beta forums.

    The only folks that can be granted access to the beta forums are those who have registered for the dashboard beta and have ran the beta registration application. If you've downloaded your profile to a person's console that has the beta you will only be able
    to purchase content on their console for the time being. This update is going to be released later this year (Fall 2013), until then you won't be able to purchase content on your own console.

    If you're the one that downloaded the dashboard beta update on your console and you have the "beta" channel on your console then you'd need to wait for a forum support agent to see if you're eligible for beta forum access.
