Every single time I try and start the Movies and TV app, or the Oneguide app it pretty much crashes my Xbox. It gives me error code 0x8027025a or 0xd0000189. All I want to do is watch a movie that i already paid for. Please help me!

We sorry about you are experiencing this unwanted issue, some other users as you are having this crashing of a game or apps.

Meanwhile this became fixed we recomend you to fully quit the game before open other games or apps, the following link will show you how.

error 8027025A occurs when you try to sign in or start an Xbox One app. Also, as you mentioned you have another error

0xd0000189 that occurs

Have exactly the same issue. Joined game pass last month. Installed and played all of reach single player. Started halo CE got of the Pillar onto the first stage then went back to it 2 days later nothing loads. Installed from game pass app, Windows store.
Deleted cache for store reinstalled none of the games load anymore.

He's right, the Netflix app now is a horrible experience on Xbox One. I don't have kids, why should I be prompted every single time I load the app? I just want to get to my shows.

The way to get around this is to quit out of the game. Make sure that everything is closed out. Restart the game but DON'T go to multiplayer. Instead, load up the single player (not undead nightmare, just normal single player) and when you load into the
single player, press the menu (start) button and go down to Multiplayer. Select "Xbox Live Private Match" and load into a private match. From there, you can go into the outfitter at any time you want and even load into an online multiplayer game without infinite
load times. Any time your game crashes, revert to this method. ALWAYS go into multiplauer THROUGH a single player xbox live private match setup first.
