    Not a normal connection loss

The past few weeks now my xbox one has been randomly disconnecting from live. It stays connected to my wifi, tells me I'm connected when running tests, but says "service info is unavailable". Also while in game it will say that I have been signed out but
    I haven't been.

    What I've done so far:

-checked live status, it's always been running fine

-hard reset/clear cashe of xbox and router multiple times

-going offline via network settings then back online reconnects but it continues to disconnect at random

-removed and recovered my account on the Xbox

-changed router settings to better fit the Xbox (Xbox is on its own wifi that I've had for over a year with no problems)

    Any ideas?

    :)

    NBA 2k14

Apologies if this has already been asked but does anyone know if using a day one controller and a normal controller to play NBA 2K14 causes the loss of connection with the controllers. Also noticed this happening with Lego Marvel Super Heroes. Once the
controllers loose connection you then cannot reconnect and have to exit the match. Do I need to use two normal controllers not the day one edition and this issue won't happen Help or advice needed.

    Battlefield 3 rubber banding

    Hello,

For a bit now, I have experienced rubber banding (moving back and forward while running, pretty much lag) on Battlefield 3 on all servers. This occurs even when I have full bars on local servers. I have tested my connection for packet loss and ping times
and all is normal. Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone have a solution? I'm confident that it's not my connection.

    Thanks in advance.

    Not a normal connection loss

    Hey there Matt!

Sorry to hear you are running into these connectivity issues with your console. Now I Understand you have already gone through some troubleshooting for this issue however, we would still recommend going through the support article "My
Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from
    ."

Go through this fully and let us know the outcome!

    I hope this helps!

I've done these steps already when it first started, I've tried everything from Microsoft support and then some, nothing has worked.

Hey Matt thanks for the reply!

    We suggest
    Updating the Password
on the account. If that is done and the issue persists give
Port Forwarding a shot since this would stabilize the connection. For help with Port forwarding reach out to the ISP since they have the information on the router! Give it a shot and let
    us know how it goes!

I’m also seeing this issue as well. Going offline/online seems to be a quick fix for me. Somedays it’ll happen 2-3 times, others not at all. What I find odd is that there is no service issues listed on the network page.

    Hey Matt,

By any chance does your router and ISP support IPv6?

The issues you describe sound like a data tunneling issue that can be resolved if you enable IPv6 tunneling on your router.

Have you also tried running the multiplayer test in the network settings on top of the normal test network connection?

I would suggest to look over this troubleshooting
    guide
that's based around any error messages you get when running tests on the Xbox.

    Hey Matt,

Ok it think it may be helpful to possibly try a
    soft factory reset
as that seems to be something that you haven't tried yet and the operating system may be having issues with connection or showing you bad readings. All you need before you do the factory reset is your account login information and to
reconnect to your network, which you say it does but it will randomly disconnect you from Xbox Live, and from your games I'm assuming.

  14. Hey there Matt,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about your current issue with the Xbox losing connectivity. Check out this troubleshooting resource:

NAT Type: Unavailable in your network settings

    • The message "service info is unavailable", Is this being displayed under NAT type under Network Settings?

If it does, the step necessary is to create a static IP for the console and
    port forwarding on the network
configuration settings for a better connection.

Hope this helps. Let us know.
