Not a good situation after buying an Xbox

Yesterday I bought a console Xbox one S (Serial number -[Mod Removed] ),in the secondary market. After turning on and attempting to log into any account, I get an error when I go into the connection check and I received a message - your console is banned.
How can I be in this situation? I am the owner of the Xbox One X when I do not break the rules.

next month it's my birthday, I was thinking on buying the Xbox s , if this situation doesn't get fix then this will be prove that xbox doesnt care or doesn't do a good work on his problems and i will prefer something else like a Nintendo switch or
a good pc

 

Auto buying GOLD month when auto payment is disabled

Yes, sometimes I buy Gold account per month if I need it only. After that I disable auto buying of GOLD for next month. Last time (in June, 2015) I did it again... but there was some auto buying again for July. My money is gone for unnecessary July Gold.
It is not good.

Ok, I have checked the status of my auto payment and what have I seen? Yes, it has been disabled. But my money has gone to Microsoft corporation. Maybe I have lost not much money, but there is the situation.

I have disabled auto payment again. Now I will waiting for 19th of July, 2015, when it will finish July Gold month. If the situation repeats I will go to police.

Also I am not happy when Microsoft my real money (roubles) has turned to some virtual money. After that Microsoft removed them in June, 2015. Yes, I received the letter about removing money from Microsoft. However, I could not spend my virtual money for anything
before disappearing money because I can buy all things with real money only, not virtual. It is not good. Not good.

 

If you bought it used, the previous owner would have been the one to have broken rules and gotten it banned. All you can do is try taking it back and returning it.

 

If there is no such possibility, can I ask you to remove the ban?

 

No. console bans remain in place regardless of change of ownership. There is 0 chance of it being removed. Your only option is to deal with whoever sold you the console
