    Not a complete down load of xl and packs


    downloaded Mortal Kombat XL with extra character packs. However it gave me the majority of the characters only one playable map and cannot play additional characters or the story mode. What else needs to be done to have the full game and characters

    Redeemed code, content not showing as purchased

    So the other day I redeemed a code for Mortal Kombat xl pack. All I really needed was the Kombat pack 2 but it was a cheaper deal for the xl pack. When I check what I own for Mortal Kombat, the xl pack tells me I have to purchase it. But the Kombat pack
    2 says I already owned 5/10/2016. That is when I redeemed the code for the xl pack.

    Technically it doesnt matter since like I said, all I needed was the Kombat pack 2 but since I redeemed the code for the xl pack I feel like it should show as something I own the rights to.

    Is this common with digital content? Or just Mortal Kombat? Because when I bought Mortal Kombat is was some Premium version with the dlc. The Premium version has been removed but when I check the standard version it says I dont own it. If my hard drive dies
    or something I dont even know how I would re-download this game.

    Make sure everything is installed.

    Goto My Games & Apps, press the menu button on Mortal Kombat and select "Manage Game"

    Everything should be accessible under the "Ready to Install" tab

    You should be good to go after that. Thanks and Happy Gaming!

    Goto My Games & Apps, press the menu button on Mortal Kombat and select "Manage Game"

    Everything should be accessible under the "Ready to Install" tab

    I can not down load any thing rated "M"

    I can play "M" game's i bring home from the store, and i can down load "T" Demo's, game's, and DLC pack's. But i can NOT down load "M" Demo's, game's, and DLC pack's. If i try to down load a "M" game, demo, or DLC pack from Xbox, it says "This account is
    not permitted to down load titles with this ratting". But i can play "M" game's that i have on a disc from the store.

    Did not receive my Demon pack or Doom 1 and 2 codes fro preordering Doom directly from my X Box One Console

    I have done this as requested and still can not download the demon pack.

    There was an issue with the Demon Pack but it should be resolved now. Have you tried running through a complete power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds and then trying again?

    Tried this did not work.

    Tried loading via game manager did not work.

    Tried to load via the store and it did not work.

    Completely disconnected my Xbox One from power for 5 minutes and then restarted. Did not work.
