Normal System Update, Not Normal Results

This may be long, so forgive me ahead of time. This is mildly distressing.

I contacted Xbox Support last night and they weren't able to tell me anything I didn't already know. Apparently they've never heard of this before.

A few weeks ago, I let my boyfriend take my hard drive to his house for updates I am unable to do because I do not have an internet connection where I am staying. Nothing compromising has happened to my hard drive at all because of him. No spills, no dropping,
nothing. This is a list of his actions in order:

1. Properly inserted my hard drive into his console.

2. Turned the console on.

3. Signed into my account.

4. Performed normal prompted system update.

5. Downloaded: Shoot Many Robots, Valentine's Day Massacre, and Dead Island.

6. Started up Dead Island to make sure everything functioned properly.

7. Shut off the console.

8. Removed my hard drive.

It seems like a normal, run of the mill update. Yet, when we put the drive back into my console things get weird. I wanted to watch some old films on Halo: Reach. None of my films loaded. I got curious and went to my system settings, storage, hard drive,
games, Halo Reach... The ONLY things in there are Noble Map Pack, Defiant Map Pack, and Halo Reach Bonus Content. Nothing else. None of my saved films are in there anymore.

I go back into the game. Lo and behold - I no longer have my Legendary Edition recon attachment, orange flames, blue flames, or elite officer option (I think there was also some bonus content spartan chest armor that I also do not have anymore). I HOPE I
can get all that back at least from my download history when I have internet access. After all, I did pay for the Legendary Edition and it will upset me if I cannot get at least those things back.

It appears to have affected Reach specifically. I did notice some DLC missing from Skyrim as well (I had Dawnguard and Hearthfire). Again, hopefully able to recover that from download history.

My biggest worry is that I won't be able to recover any of my saved films, gametypes, or custom maps from Reach. I had milestone moments, maps that I were proud of, and general things that were somewhat important to me in the way that things can be irrationally
important to a gamer...

Has anyone heard of this happening? Or managed to fix this kind of thing? The rep told me that it could have been something with the internet connection resetting itself during updates, but everything went smoothly. No internet issues at all. I don't understand
how all of my content could have been deleted because of a simple system update...

Error 002000 Still occurs on Daily Challenge

And I'm also struggling with the same problem from the above update. Previously, there were some problems but after kródkim time everything returned to normal.

Many users complain that their problems started to stick with the last major update and so far all proposed rostrzygnięcia not give the desired result. It can be so specialists from the system this would be looked at.
