I live in South Korea now.

I have heard Argentina xbox store supply DL low price than my country price

so I tried purchase Fallout4 GOTY in Argentina market after changing my region.

I paid 37 us dollars as the payment but I cannot install Fallout4!!

The price was not correct. more expensive than the written price!

anyway.. I want to refund or

charge us dollars!!

I cannot connect xbox agent with chatting.

becaus I live in the opposite time zone!!

pleae help!!!

Changing your region to bypass things is not allowed. Because it creates issues like this or worse. You may not be eligible for a refund either. You might have to buy the game again in the correct region.

This is one reason why you should keep your account region yhe same as your physical location. You would have to see if you can submit a refund
request. If that form does not work in your region, you will have to contact support directly and speak to billing.

It is not impossible but it is not very clear if it's ok or not to buy games from other countries.

even if the currency is the same as other countries, payment options etc. are still linked to a specific country region.

So you won't be able to change your region to another country and pay for games or subscriptions with a payment option for your country.
