noobs support team? where's my credit points?

It seem like I will never get my microsoft rewards credits, already 2 months waiting? clueless support team? why are you keeping me waiting? fix your buggy system ,I'm gonna get my credits point or I can forget them?

Where's my credits ?

Hello THE ME4T M4N,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since your purchases were pre-orders that were not completing any offer, they did not award any Credits.

Where's my credits ?

I have purchased both premium editions of FIFA 18 and COD WWii digitally but I have received no reward points for these purchases. How come ?

Hello bettiche16DZ,

Your deposit was being prevented due to a mismatch between your UK Rewards Account region and your Singaporean Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft
Account region at the time of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts
a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

We responded on your previous post with why this is occurring (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/91591e5f-200a-4828-be04-a6785111bc53). In addition, we see that you
were in the Singapore region up until recently this month. You have been in that region since February 2018. Since we only attempted one deposit in your account, in May, this matches with what was previously stated on your post.

You got a point. I'm not one to push down the noob, we all had to learn somewhere..but there's a facility for noobs to learn how to fly the plane and chopper..

I guess it comes down to think as a team member and not an individual...oh how I long to get in a game where everyone's not running around like headless chickens...
