Discus and support Nonworking Bingo in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Is there anyone from the support group looking into this?     Is there anyone from the support group looking into this? With all of the people complaining you would think that someone from that group would say something, like " We are working on the problem" or something like that.

    Points I purchased now expired?

    Due to the situation, contact Xbox Support. I had this same problem with a refund due to nonworking content. The points had expired out of nowhere. I contacted Support and they fixed me up.

    External Hard Drive read as media only

    I'm sorry, but how does having a working external HDD then after an update a nonworking HDD constitute us having to do this BS?

    I had a perfectly fine Xbox One with all my games on my external HDD and this morning after and update... A POS.

    Please realize this is bigger than 1 person issue.

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem.

    W8.1x64,

    Acer Iconia W700,

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

    What the warranty offers it's a functional replacement controller, to substitute the one you're nonworking one, as long as the damage it's due to factory problems
