Nonsensical account suspension

After 9 years of clean conduct on Xbox Live, without a single ban, suspension or infraction of any kind, today I received a one day suspension for uploading a cartoon pinup as my avatar last night. I made two attempts with two different images - after the
first was removed, I instead uploaded an image of a cartoon burlesque dancer that I felt would surely be better received. This, too, was removed. Why did I feel the second image would be OK? Here's the punchline - it was an image from a Fable 3 loading screen.

After both were rejected, I gave up, uploaded an image from one of my favourite graphic novels and gave it no more thought...until today, when I turned on my Xbox to discover that I've been suspended from -

- Sharing Kinect content

- Sharing to social mediaand

- Using text and voice communications and LFG

- Broadcasting

Now, the only part of that which really affects me is the comm ban, but this is a disproportionate response to a single pair of cartoon nipples after 9 years of clean conduct. Since the image was removed anyway, I have to question the validity of putting
a blemish on my record for such an absolutely petty reason.

Closing thought: if it was a shirtless man, the original image would still be there, wouldn't it? Tell me I'm wrong.

Thanks for sharing.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

If the enforcement team reviews your images as breaking the ToU of Xbox they can remove it, if you committed the same infraction again you can get suspended.

Regarding "shirtlessman" I don't know, it might or might not be offensive to some people depends if someone report it and ET sees it as a violation then it will be taken down too.

1: Calm down, take a deep breath

2: You say you defended yourself, but as you should know, that makes no difference. You should always follow the golden rules: (Mute, Block, Report) if you do that
the person sending you abusive messages will get banned and you won’t.

3: If you don't follow the golden rules the following will happen, the person you sent the message to will report you, Microsoft will look at the message history and see what you have said and
ban you.

Seriously dude it isn't difficult, don't try and be the "big man" and send abusive messages, no matter whether it’s in defense or not, just block them, mute them and
report them.

If you read the bottom it does say account suspension not just communication
