  1. Nonsense.

So you mean to tell me. Xbox enforcement can stop you from using a service that you already spent you money on, without even having to properly explain themselves? I can't even get on the phone and talk to a human representative about why I can't communicate
with a service that I pay for.

This is terrible customer service Xbox. If your phone service was suspended and you still were paying for it, would you not want an explanation as to why at the very least? Or would you just blindly accept your suspension like you
expect people on live to do. We pay too much money for ya'll not to provide reasoning as to why, and you don't even have a number XBOX ENFORCEMENT. Step it up or people will find alternative ways to enjoy gaming without your service.

    :)

    Nonsense, just total nonsense

it is so funny that every time i have credits not being deposited its because of a known data error and yet when it is fixed it only stays fixed until i earn more credits. I spend alot of money on xbox and in return i get the run around every time. I feel
like i wont getmycredits before it turns to microsoft rewards and I'll be out all those credits. Thank you for your time and effort doing absolutely nothing to help your customers.

    Hello xombie08,

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.

You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.

Here are some links that might be useful for future reference.

  6. I'm good man, I shouldn't have to sort through a million links just to find out why I was suspended. That wouldn't even solve the issue. If xbox genuinely cared about its customers, there would be a number we could use to communicate
with enforcement. But this right here, is the run around lol. I'm tired of paying for a service that is just going to give you the run around every time you have a serious issue. I'm done dude. Ya'll are the ones who banned me twice within 2 weeks, you must
not want me to enjoy your system anyway. Simple as that.

You can always submit a case review if eligible. Here is the info on how to do that:
Xbox Enforcement | How Do I That is the only
way to communicate with Enforcemnt.. They used to have several other ways of contact but users and trolls were abusing those methods.
