    Nonfunctional Keyboard and Home button.


    If enter the keyboard, I can't exit it, and if I go into software, I can't exit that either. The only known way to fix the problem is shutting off the console completely. Any help?

    Xbox home button and keyboard

    Out of the blue yesterday night my Xbox home button stopped working but the light is still on then later I tried using the keyboard and the controller on something froze up and nothing would work.. Does anyone know a solution?

    When i use my home button It doesn't take me to the main screen. Side Note: When a keyboard pops up it doesn't let me use the keyboard at all

    Nonfunctional Keyboard and Home button.

    Have you tried doing a hard reset this way? Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
    Once it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

    HELP

    The problem is that the onscreen keyboard or virtual keyboard will not appear whenever I try to search, enter passwords, or text the virtual keyboard never appears the cursor flashes a few times then stops the controller is completely unresponsive the only responsive button on the controller is the home button in the center of the controller which pulls up an onscreen menu that I still can't navigate because no other buttons on the controller are responsive but like I previously said this is only temporary but as soon as I need to pull up the virtual keyboard it happens all over again my virtual keyboard will not appear onscreen
