Why is the Xbox asking me to continuously asking me to - Purchase MWF 2, I’ve paid for it and it just keeps asking the same thing, I’ve done everything you have told me to do and it still asks for me to purchase the game.

The amount of money I’ve spent on games and console you would think you would of solved this by now but you haven’t, It needs sorting because it won’t let me play MWF 2.

I have the disk version not digital the game is already paid for but some of the game features like 24/7 shipment maps and anything in that section now tells me I Have to purchase modern warfare to access it

The game was working fine before then sometimes I had to reset my Xbox for 10 seconds then I could play again but now it won’t work by resetting the Xbox at all

I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it again

I have tried all the recommended advice listed but still nothing

We need to validate the license for the game. Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order stated as “completed”? Once confirmed, please remove and re-add your account and then try playing the game again.

“ REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.“
