    NONE of the XBOX PC Apps are working correctly after buying the Game Pass


    Last night I bought the game pass on my PC. Immediately after doing so, the Xbox Companion App gave me error (0x409) 0x80131501, The Xbox (Beta) App won't load past the Xbox symbol, and the Microsoft Store App allows me to log in and see the home page,
    but as soon as I go to a product it tells me, Try that again, Page could not be loaded. Please try again later. Other than the Xbox (Beta) App, which I downloaded after this problem started, I've never had a problem with any PC Xbox App. I am running Windows
    10 if that helps.

    Recently I had problems with the gamepass on pc I did an upgrade on Win10 and it went back to working normally, but in this case I think it is a momentary problem with the service on pc.

    I had a Windows Update a few days ago. I would agree if the Apps weren't working before I bought the Game Pass, but I had no problems with them until I bought the Game Pass and now none of them are working.

    If i understand the problem, you want to buy them both an Xbox Game Pass subscription to play on their respective PC's ? Buy an Xbox Game Pass PC sub for each or a Ultimate Game Pass. Log their account on Xbox beta app on PC and buy them the correct sub.
    Or use xbox.com with their account correctly sign in and buy them Xbox Game Pass for PC.
