None of the Solitaire games are working - neither Daily puzzle nor Medium Mayhem

CANNOT play daily challenges - ongoing for 3 months

I am variously unable to download daily challenge puzzles. In Sept. is was only the "easy" Jigsaw Jammers. Those then became available but soon after I could download NONE of the Jigsaw Jammers. Then it was the Lock Breakers "medium", then ALL puzzles.
Now I am only able to download SOME BugCatchers.

The bugs REALLY need to be worked out of this game. I really enjoy it, but I cannot download 90% of these NOR my gold-bar-purchased and free puzzle collections. I see ZERO responses in the Forum from MS. Please respond.

microsoft jigsaw

I can not get Microsoft jigsaw to totally download. or Microsoft solitaire. You can play parts of it but not buy new puzzles or play daily challenge on either one. I had my computer shut down during the night and a lot of stuff was gone or not working.
These are the remaining problems

I can not believe we are the only two with this issue, I have tried the games on 4 different computers and the app launches but never goes past the blue screen that says Microsoft Solitaire Collection. The same with Jigsaw, opens to the first screen kind
of redish brown but never goes to the screen where it says you are logging in.

Yes, Close and Re-open Solitaire, and it will change the daily puzzle.

That would restore solitaire games, perhaps

It did not bring back nor show my purchased jigsaw puzzle packs.

Yesterday, before the fix was announced, I managed to get the daily challenges to work by opening the Store app and checking for updates and, though there were none available, when I opened Solitaire afterwards the daily challenges then worked, so you could give that a try.

Thought maybe uninstalling and reinstalling might help. Nope. Now, the puzzles I did have are gone and will also not download.

Also, just noticed that the Daily Challenges are not downloading either.

A real pity as I was really enjoying this puzzle game.

I can only hope that someone is looking at our concerns.

My problem is the same too. Nothing new puzzle download, nor daily challenges download. Daily challengy is downloding permamently as cca. 10 %. End in this point is stopping. Finally is closing the game window.
