    Hey, guys! I'm very sorry to see that you were unable to use your games or apps! If you are still experiencing issues, please post up a new thread detailing what you're running into, any error codes you may be receiving, and troubleshooting you've completed.

    Hi NaggingDust, you have already try to reset your console to factory defaults with option "Reset and keep my games&apps"?

    None of the microsoft games are loading

    I have the same problem but they act like the game is going to load with timer spinning around then nothing back to my desktop with no error messages. The game was working just fine this morning but tonight nothing. The problem will repair it's self and
    work for few days then start acting up again. Right now I can't play any game from MS.

    Can you try power cycling the console?

    support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

    A more extreme suggestion, but which generally works, is restoring the factory to default settings, but after doing so you will need to re-install everything that was on the internal hard drive. Though this is your last resort.
