    None of my games were working, my game pass subscription says active but nothing is working. Soft factory reset the console and now it won't install or sync anything.

    Can you take a speed and stats test and send the result to us?
    Clear your console's MAC address in the advanced network settings and restart your internet devices for a few minutes and see if that solves the problem.

    Share your phone connection as a hotspot and connect your console to that network and see if the same happens.

    Can anyone tell me why none of my games will launch? I can sign in to my account, but say sorry service isn't working right now and check xbox service status Xbox status says gaming is working but mine isnt. Any help?
