None of my Xbox one achievements unlock

Hello, please help none of my Xbox one achievements unlock, none of them track and it really puts me off playing games especially single player. Please help have tried all methods including resetting my Xbox

No achievements unlocking.

I can't seem to unlock any achievements on Xbox one anymore, since about a week ago (4th July), the last achievement I unlocked on Xbox one was the 25th of June and I have unlocked achievements on the Xbox 360 since then. I have tried using a different account
and I can't unlock on achievements on that account either. I've wait about a week for some achievements to unlock but none have.

i bought mayhem for xbox 360 and none of the achievements will unlock. i should have half the achievements unlocked all ready. mayhem is an awesome game. i just don't know what to do here as none of the achievements will unlock even though i did what was
needed to unlock them. what if anything can i do beside's clearing cache as i tried that, to get the achievements to unlock?

 

Hello This Bug is Pretty Common in the latest update i would read this
Article and see if it fixes it thanks.

Hey Walkerboy this seems to be a big issue for many users i would like to say nothing is to worry the Xbox team would most likely receive tons of feed back on this and most likely be patched.

Hey there. When you say that you tried resetting your console, do you mean rebooting it or performing a factory reset? I know of a few people that have run into this and have been able to fix it with a factory reset. Keep in mind that factory resetting will
cause you to have to reinstall all games and apps that are on your internal hard drive, so if possible, you will want to move them to an external hard drive to save you time later. Your save files should be safe as long as you were connected to Live when you
played last since they're backed up in the cloud.

 

There is a option now to factory reset without removing all your games and apps

This was added in the last update

 

What I did was I deleted my account off of the Xbox, cleared the system cache, hard reset the Xbox and then readd the account to the xbox
