    I can't get any of the Gamepass Xbox PC games to work. I just keep getting these messages for every game:

    Star Renegades WIN10 is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it:
    0x803F8001

    I know lots of people get this error and suggest some fixes:

    My Windows is up to date on all 4 PC's.

    I've actually done a fresh install for 2 of the PC's just to be sure and made sure I had all the updates done. I'm on Windows 1909.

    I've uninstalled the xbox app and the store and reinstalled several times. I've tried using the older Xbox Console Companion App to see if that would work - it didn't.

    I've cleared the cache and reset the app many times as well. I've reset the store app as well and cleared the cache.

    I've installed the games and reinstalled the games- when it let me, if often fails to let me download games as well.

    I've tried all the other suggestions I could find in the forums with no luck.

    Luckily gamepass works great on my Xbox so I can at least play there.

    Do I just give up and move on from using Gamepass? I guess I can just cancel my membership - but it worked flawlessly for a very long time and I really enjoyed using it.

    Because not all the games that are in the Xbox Gamepass are in Xbox Play Anywhere. About 80% of the Xbox GamePass titles are not Xbox Play Anywhere and therefore do not play on PC. Xbox Play Anywhere is an official Xbox emulator for PCs running Windows 10.
    Games that are also on Xbox and are going to play on PC are not a PC platform!

    Hi There,

    Xbox gold is for console users only, not required for PC. You will need game pass ultimate or gamepass pc to play gamepass games on PC.

    Did you sign up to Xbox GamePass for PC or for Console? If you signed up for Xbox GamePass for Console , some games, specifically play anywhere games are still playable on PC. You need to sign up for either GamePass on PC or GamePass Ultimate to access
