    None of my rewards credits have ever been deposited into my account


    I have been a part of your Xbox live rewards programme for quite some time now but every time I have chosen to transfer my rewards credits into my currency it has never been done. According to my statement I have earned 33,150 credits and 26,650 credits
    have been deposited into my account and I haven't had anything transfered into my spending currency at all for any of the times I have requested a deposit...

    Your Account Needs Updating to Make a Deposit.

    Hey guys,

    So I've been a rewards member since 2014, and only recently really taken a proper notice of it.

    However, none of my rewards credits are being deposited in my account. It says my lifetime earnings are 16,500 but I've only 11,500 in my account, so something has deposited, or expired, at some point. I've read on another post that this could be due to
    a country mismatch, but I've only ever had a British account.

    How can I fix it so I can get my rewards balance deposited into my Xbox Live account?

    We can confirm your statements on your deposits. You can confirm the deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). They will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since
    we are adding funds to your account. Also, keep in mind that since these Credits are a promotional currency, they will be used first if you use your Microsoft Account as the payment method. Furthermore, promotional currencies expire one year after being deposited
    into your account.
