None of my purchased movies will play back

Discus and support None of my purchased movies will play back in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; As the title says, none of my movies will play back. Not even ones I've already watched.     None of my purchased movies will play back


    As the title says, none of my movies will play back. Not even ones I've already watched.

    I get various network errors but I am online and can play trailers.

    It's as if the authentication for my account has failed.

    I have removed the films and tv app and reinstalled it and also tried removing and reinstalling my account but neither has worked so I guess the problem is with the Microsoft servers.

    Any known issues or ways to solve this as if I search the error numbers I get they don't match any Xbox issues occasionally one matches a pc issue but I have been trying for a few hours now and am at a loss.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this problem you're currently experiencing.

    I can totally understand how not being able to watch these movies could be frustrating. Normally if it's localized to one specific app, I would recommend following the steps outlined in our

    haven't done so yet

    You stated that you're getting network errors?

    What errors are you exactly getting?

    Please provide a little more info so that we can get a better idea of what's exactly happening and give appropriate troubleshooting.

    Alot of us are having this problem as usual microsoft is denying that anything is wrong.
    Yes,i've been complaining about it since wednesday of last week,the posts are all there if you want to look for them,all you'll get from the forum mods is restart this as this could be the problem,i guess it's part of a contract agreement to not accept what
    is being written by us unless they've be told to accept it by management,5 day's no access to paid for films & tv and i've just had my yearly live subscription automaticaly charged from my bank account on top of spending £50 this month for films,feels more
