None of my points have registered since 2012

I have been a loyal Xbox 360 owner and Xbox one owner and they live Rewards member since 2012 unfortunately I've never received any points for achievements missions or even my Xbox Gold account that I had had at one time I would like to see why that's the

Hi I have accumulated 11,050 rewards points for years because they are deposited in my account?

long time rewards member, no credits yet

I have been a Live Rewards member for a while however, none of my purchases or achievements have registered any points. For example, I have pre-ordered Mass Effect Andromeda but my balance is still zero. None of my past purchases have registered either.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. Achievements will only earn credits if they are part of a specific offer. Usually those offers (like the current Warrior offer) involve having to purchase a specific, eligible
game for the offer and completing a set number of achievements in that game.

okay so the rewards if I'm getting this correctly are mostly based around suggestive sales and achievements that you want us to do. Well I guess I don't need the rewards after all

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Furthermore, you are registered as a AUS Rewards Member. The Rewards program for that region will be merged into the Microsoft Rewards program. I renewed on January 27th, 2012. I use one email since I registered with Xbox Live and I did not receive any emails regarding those points.

I'm also having this same problem. I renewed my membership on 03/30/2012 but it doesn't register on the rewards site and my reward points also haven't been awarded.
