None of my mics are working

So, all of my mics just quit working. I have tried the original, my 360 turtle beaches with Microsoft adapter, and purchased elite pros just yesterday. I have tried all of the EXTREMELY basic suggestions from Microsoft as far as resetting the Xbox, logging
in, and making sure the controller and adapter are updated. None of this works at all. Surely the people that develop this console has an answer as to why the software is not allowing any of my three controller, nor any of my three headsets to work correctly.
As numerous other paying customers have stated, the mic is the issue.

Please offer a reasonable, technical, solution that will get a mic working again on this console.

wow really, you come to the forum to show how you should have just checked Xbox live Status page.

that clearly said that there were problems and they were working on fixing it.

if you don't know the page for the current status... well google / bing it as Xbox Status it's the first page listed.

I'd put it to you that it DON'T work like you think it does. After enough time it will load up wether you're connected or not (I've done both), the time won't be that much different if any at all.



You just have to wait it out and from looking at Twitter and my own experience that's anything from 10-30 mins.

Sorry to hear about the issue you're having with multiple mics on the console. Have you also tried another controller with these mics, or a different headset adapter by chance?

It's possible the issue isn't with the headset, but either the adapter or controller. Also, try to run a

Skype echo test on the console and see if you're able to hear yourself.

None of my audio devices are working....Kinect, mics, nothing. They were working prior to January 1 and haven't worked since.

 

Mic stopped working too. Bought a headset last Saturday, worked fine. 4 days later and the mic isn't working. I can hear other people but nobody can hear me. Tried everything, even went back to target and they game me a new headset. Still nothing.
