None of my microsoft games are playing

I would recommend a full power down of your xbox and reboot, this should hopefully correct the issue.

Hi iruleall! Let me ask, have you tried doing a hard-reset? To do this, you hold the power sensor on the front of the console for 8-10 seconds, then wait for the power brick to show an orange light. When that happens, unplug for about 5 minutes, then plug
back in and start up. This essentially clears the memory cache which is necessary from time to time, which allows games to load and run properly.

If that doesn't help, my next suggestion is going to be clearing the Persistent Storage, which is essentially a front-loading cache which holds some data in its memory for the purpose of faster access. This is SUPPOSED to be only for Blu-Rays, but I have
heard numerous occasions on which clearing this cache actually helps Games as well! To do this, you'll press Menu on your Xbox One controller, then go to Settings -> Disc & Blu-Ray. From there, you will see the option for "Clear Persistent Storage."

Do this, but here's the weird thing - I have heard from more than one person that you need to actually hit "Clear" 3 times in a row for it to fully clean out the cache.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. As our Ambassador recommended, a
soft factory reset to the console (keeping games & apps installed) would be a good troubleshooting step to try. It would remove any potentially damaging files on the console's OS (operating system) that may be causing this issue.

Please be sure that you know the log in credentials (email address & password) to your account/profile prior to performing a factory reset as this will remove any profiles on the console.

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
3. Select Reset console.
4. Select Reset and keep my games & apps.
