    None of my microsoft games are launching how do i fix this


    None of my games that have anything to do with microsoft are naunching (Not any of the Forza horizon games or Flight simulator or astroneer) on some of the games (the older ones) i get a small splash screen with the games design in the middle and the gray border around. But with most games i get no response.

    If i try to launch them through the MS store the play button is grayed out after i clicked it once and cant be clicked again. Other than that my pc is working normally. I even enabled Windows defender as that sometimes causes problems with microsoft related apps, but it didnt change anything this time

    Hello Pushedrocket, are you playing on Pc, what would be your operating system, Win 10 or 11?

    Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2?

    Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

    Xbox Game Pass for PC Games Crashing

    Alright so I've tried the following:

    - DISM and the commands you suggested I entered.

    - SFC and the commands you suggested I entered.

    - Repaired the Microsoft store, and the games that do not work. None of my games worked prior to this or after this.

    - Tried signing in under one account for both the microsoft store and the xbox app.

    - Tried launching the games in both the microsoft and xbox app. None worked.

    Even after doing all this none of my games work. I can't seem to launch any of them because they all bring up this file system error code about 3 minutes after launching: "file system error (-2015291336)"

    Hello Zineb,

    None of the solutions that brings the Troubleshoot helped me, the game still crash when I try to launch it.

    The only solution I have is to disconnect from my Microsoft account before lauching the game, if I do this the game launch without trouble but I cannot change any graphic settings or the game will crash again.

    Is this a know bug at Microsoft? Is there any plan to resolve this issue?

    How can I change my graphic settings now?

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection hangs on load screen

    I just finished working on this for a client. None of the usual suggestions (reset, data reset, reinstall, even DISM package removal and reinstall) helped at all.

    The solution turned out to be to install another of the Microsoft Casual Game Collection (I used Microsoft Mahjong), open it, then launch solitaire from the "other games" menu. It worked, and it fixed launching the solitaire app directly.
