    None of my headsets work


    Okay, chaps - here goes.

    I bought the Turtle Beach Recon 30X's in January. Upon plugging them in - nothing worked. No sound. No mic. On either controller. So I followed the TB troubleshooting steps on their website and still, nothing worked. A part of this was trying the headset
    on different devices - which worked on my PS4 and my iPhone. (In fact, they are now my primary headset on the PS4.)

    One night, a few weeks ago, I tried them again on a different Xbox One account, and they worked intermittently to 90% of the time. It was odd, the controller was running on batteries, but the headphones would only work if I had the controller hard-wired
    into the Xbox.

    I am wanting to say it's an account thing, but even after going through all of the settings, it appears that I'm set up properly. Now, I can't get ANY headsets to work when plugged into the controllers.

    Any advice?

    Hi mr beep

    I tested the headset on my phone and the mic works. The only possibility what I can think of is that it is a software flaw. None of my other stereo headsets work now on the Xbox

    Both of my Xbox Wired Headsets are not working?

    I can seem to work both of my Xbox Headsets? I have 5 Wireless controllers and I have tried both headsets on all of them and none of them will work! I think there is something do to with the Xbox's Connection, am I correct?

    The headset is brand new. I have trued 4 controllers none of them work. The headset works on my laptop. The microphone with the criss through shows whether or not i have a headset plugged into a controller. Headsets have worked in the past on these controllers.
    Believe it to be a microsoft issue. Many people complaining about the same issue online.
