    None of my games working, support says buy a new Xbox


    So disappointed. After having a horrible time trying to contact support (so many steps just to get a phone call, because Microsoft closes every store in Canada to make it that much harder for you to get help) because of my Xbox crashing after any game is launched, all we get told is sorry it’s out of warranty now you have to buy a new one. They can’t even take it back and switch out with a new one at a discounted price. I’ve had this Xbox for JUST OVER 1 YEAR. And it doesn’t work. This is not an issue I caused. I’ve reset my Xbox, made a new account, cleared the cache, gotten better Wi-Fi. NOTHING. Customer support is horrid. My question is, should I switch to PlayStation?

    The replacement price would be the repair cost which if it's original xbox they don't make them anymore for good reason

    Well regardless if you are out of warranty you would either pay the replacement price or buy a new one either on xbox or ps and yes that's the way it is

    Now if it is xbox one original or older there is no repair cost

    You just have to get a new console

    i dont have a solution but have the same problem. None of my games work on my 360 S-Model. It says disk error or disk authentication error. Its sad i dont want to buy a new console because it is new.MICROSOFT PLEASE ASSIST!
