None of my games work

Just downloaded an update and now it won't let me play any of my games and it is starting **** me off

NONE OF MY GAMES WORK!!!!!.

Every time I try to go into any of my games it tells me that I need to sign in with the account that bought it, but I'm already signed in and gives me this code that doesn't even exist. 0x87e107f9.

Yes, it's happened to a lot of people. They still have an error at the moment according to their site. Keep an eye on the link below for updates.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your games.

What exactly is happening when you try to play them?

Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down?

The game loads up then it just freezes on the load in screen then doesn't do anything other than that

Do you know if they had warranty under it when they returned it? Or were they able to return it after warranty expired?

wow really, you come to the forum to show how you should have just checked Xbox live Status page.

that clearly said that there were problems and they were working on fixing it.

if you don't know the page for the current status... well google / bing it as Xbox Status it's the first page listed.
