None of my games will sync

Hey everyone my names Lexi, and thanks in advance for any assistance you can give me.

So as I outlined in the title, none of my games will sync since my xbox one console updated. It doesn't matter which one it is, I've tried overwatch, dragon age inquisition, slime rancher, and others. It simple attempts to sync endlessly. How do I fix this?

Can you share your detailed network statistics from under network settings? Curious to see if your internet connection is causing issues with your sync. If you haven't already tried, try uninstalling one of the games you're having troubles with and reinstall
to see if there is any change. Be sure not to cancel the sync and start a new game as it will overwrite your save.

 

Try powering everything completely off, turn your router back on and allow it a minute or two to fully boot up, then turn your Xbox back on and try again.

It doesn't seem to be a Live issue as I can't find anyone having the same issues on Reddit or Twitter.

 

Uninstalling would be a last resort as my internet connection is very bad. But I reset internet and waited an hour and it worked, thank you for help!

 

It worked after the internet was reset and I waited like an hour, it had nothing to do with my xbox. Thank you for the help though!
