None of my games will load

None of my games will load and an error code pops up. When going to the website and searching the code it doesn’t have any files on it. I logged in on my buddies xbox and his works perfectly fine, all games are working as normal. How do i fix this?

Hi NaggingDust, you have already try to reset your console to factory defaults with option "Reset and keep my games&apps"?

Can you try power cycling the console?

A more extreme suggestion, but which generally works, is restoring the factory to default settings, but after doing so you will need to re-install everything that was on the internal hard drive. Though this is your last resort.

I'm having major issues too. I just got my Xbox one all plugged in, set up, update, and Internet connected all correctly and finished. But I can't do anything it says it can't show any of my friends, I can't add friends or search for them it just says they
don't exist. If I go to my profile it just says "sorry try again later, I don't know whare happened",i try to go to the store to buy the titan fall deal and it says unavailable. I even went online in my computer to xbox.com and it also says the game is unavailable.
Cam someone please tell me or help me cuz right now for only having my Xbox for 30 mins I'm hating it right now!
