None of my games want to update

None of my Xbox games want to install or update but i have free storage and my xbox is up to date

And yes okay I did think I would need to do a reset but that was the last thing I wanted to do but I’ll definitely give that a shot, but it puts my mind at ease that it doesn’t delete my saved games lol!!

I’m not sure if I have an external hard drive but I’ll have a look

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

In this case, we may need to reset the console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

If that didn’t work, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console?

Whatever step I take the update screen won't go away and none of my controllers Don't want to respond
