    XBOX ONE SUCKS NONE OF MY GAMES WILL LOAD AND NOBODY WILL GIVE ME SUPPORT THEY ARE ALL **** INDIANS OR SUM **** AND YOU CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE **** THEY ARE SAYING FROM TODAY ON I WILL START A CAMPAIGN ENDING XBOX COMPLETELY CAUSE THIS IS **** ****. I PAYED FOR MY **** GAMES.
    I PAYED FOR MY **** LIVE. IVE BEEN A **** SUPPORTER FOR OVER TEN YEARS NOW. BUT NOW I CANT JUST SIMPLY PUT A **** DISC IN AND SIMPLY PLAY MY **** GAME ONLINE NOR OFFLINE. WHAT THE **** KIND OF DRUGS WERE YALL ON WHEN YOU FROM THE MASTERPIECE THAT IS THE 360
    TO THE GOD DAMN **** XBOX ONE? XBOX ONE HAS RUINED MY LIFE AND WHEN I COMMIT SUICIDE I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE XBOX ONE

    NONE OF MY GAMES WORK!!!!!.

    Every time I try to go into any of my games it tells me that I need to sign in with the account that bought it, but I'm already signed in and gives me this code that doesn't even exist. 0x87e107f9.

    The game loads up then it just freezes on the load in screen then doesn't do anything other than that

    Sorry to hear you're upset. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

    If it does not then try deleting the games and reinstalling them.

    As a final last ditch resort you can factory reset the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so they do not need to be reinstalled.
