None of my games start when I press play.

This is on Xbox game pass for PC, This is currently happening for Halo: Reach, and this has happened for multiple other games in the past, including Saints Row 4, We Happy Few, and Prey. For the sake of the topic, I'm only interested in playing Halo: Reach
for now. When I press play nothing happens, nothing appears to happen, even when I look in Task manager. The game installed fine, no problems. Reinstalling the game didn't fix it, repairing the game through windows settings didn't fix it, Reinstalling Xbox
game pass App didn't fix it, I am running the latest version of windows, and I have the latest version of my graphics driver, and the problem has persisted throughout every version of the graphics driver so far. I'm not aware of any way to rollback to previous
versions of Nvidia Gforce drivers, outside of having them saved in advance. I've checked if I have bad ram, I do not. I'm not getting any sort of error messages, and the game isn't crashing, it's not even starting. Would appreciate advice, this has been plaguing
me for a couple months now and I've sort of ignored it, but now the Halo: Reach is out I'd like to get it fixed.
