None of my games on my Xbox One will play, please help

You may want to try a factory reset keeping your games & apps'

Odds are though that when you try to access settings your Xbox One won't let you.

Sooo without further ado.......

Power the Xbox off, press and hold the bind button and eject button and press the power button once to power the Xbox on, keep bind and eject held and a troubleshooting screen will appear, from that screen select the Reset option, choose to keep your games
& apps. After the reset is done you will need to do the initial setup again which includes adding any accounts back to the Xbox.

That should hopefully get things back to normal, if not then you'll need to bite the bullet and do the reset again but select the option to remove everything, that is a pain as you will then need to download/install everything again so fingers crossed that
the first option works out for you.

Actually as of 9/13/2016, 3:33:31 AM there is a service alert going on with the xbox core services. You just have to be patient until the issue is solved.

I would recommend a full power down of your xbox and reboot, this should hopefully correct the issue.

Hi iruleall! Let me ask, have you tried doing a hard-reset? To do this, you hold the power sensor on the front of the console for 8-10 seconds, then wait for the power brick to show an orange light. When that happens, unplug for about 5 minutes, then plug
back in and start up. This essentially clears the memory cache which is necessary from time to time, which allows games to load and run properly.

If that doesn't help, my next suggestion is going to be clearing the Persistent Storage, which is essentially a front-loading cache which holds some data in its memory for the purpose of faster access. This is SUPPOSED to be only for Blu-Rays, but I have
heard numerous occasions on which clearing this cache actually helps Games as well! To do this, you'll press Menu on your Xbox One controller, then go to Settings -> Disc & Blu-Ray. From there, you will see the option for "Clear Persistent Storage."

Do this, but here's the weird thing - I have heard from more than one person that you need to actually hit "Clear" 3 times in a row for it to fully clean out the cache.
