None of my games are working.

Hi, I have been trying to play NBA 2k16 or any game for that matter, but everytime it tries to load up I get error messages saying that it took too long to start 0x8027025a, and I have tried everything there is to try and fix it uninstalled the games, removed
my profile and re-downloaded it, a hard reset on my console, reseting my router, testing my connection, etc. but still no luck even chatted with 2 xbox support members, and in twitter. Im just trying to get help so I can play my games on this xbox one that
I payed $500 dollars for, a week or two after it came out. (This is Really Frustrating)

wow really, you come to the forum to show how you should have just checked Xbox live Status page.

that clearly said that there were problems and they were working on fixing it.

if you don't know the page for the current status... well google / bing it as Xbox Status it's the first page listed.

I'd put it to you that it DON'T work like you think it does. After enough time it will load up wether you're connected or not (I've done both), the time won't be that much different if any at all.



You just have to wait it out and from looking at Twitter and my own experience that's anything from 10-30 mins.

The hard reset tends to fix this issue, however sometimes it doesn't. ANother option that I have heard works is to go into your Settings, then Power. Change it to Energy Saver (Instead of Instant-On), confirm it has changed, then restart your Xbox. That
can also fix it

A lot of times, if a hard reset doesn't work, turning off the console by holding the Xbox logo on the front (or you can go to Settings, Power, Turn Xbox off) and unplugging the power cord from the back for 5 minutes will help. If that doesn't work, I would
next try a factory reset.

Also, are you in the preview program? If so make sure you create a post in the preview forums.

If you factory reset, you will lose all information stored on your console (games and apps), but not what is stored in the cloud (game saves, account info). You will not have to purchase your games again, but you will have to reinstall them. If at all possible,
I would move all of your games to an external hard drive to save time reinstalling them.

 

so i got a notice that said we think we found your problem playing percased games, but i wasnt having any problems. Now i cant play any games i bought, it keeps telling me to log into the account that bought them, cant talk to a perdon reallypissing me off.
My tablet isnot helping nore is my x box, and neather is service, how can i get an answer on whats up with the hundreds of dollars ive spent here? Ps ive got 3 x boxes and non work
