None of my games are start

Hi there,

Could you provide any error numbers that are coming up when the games are not starting?

I am new on here and I am having the same problem just all the sudden none of my games will load so I can't play anything so I ordered a new Xbox one slim but the problem is I need my other Xbox one fixed as its only 2 yrs old and I rarely used it so it
shouldn't be broken. If you figured out the problem can you or anyone else please let me know as if this broke that fast rarely used then it makes me feel very uneasy to buy a gaming system that breaks that fast. Thank You

Hi, i find this usually sorts that out.

go to settings, network, network settings, advanced settings, alternate MAC address, select clear then select restart.

Are you possibly having any network problems at the moment? The first error code you gave was for sign in issues. But the second was for Windows 10, not sure if these also applies to xbox.

Are you playing on an Xbox Console or PC?

If you are on a Console, please, reset it.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.
