None of my games are loading

Every time I start up one of my games it pops up "Just getting your game ready soon" " your. Game will start soon" and I am hit cancel if I do it keeps popping up every time as if it try's to start up the game or any game. I have already hard reseted a couple
of times. I would love some tips or insight to this.

None of my games are loading

I've installed the dead rising disk, downloaded killer instinct and nba2k14 and every time I go to launch any of them they time out and I get the error message saying that they game took too long to load. I initially had the black screen of death and used
the usb patch trick to get the system to work at all and now the games are not launching. I am also experiencing the controller lag causing each imput to take 5ish seconds to take effect. It seems that every bad thing that could happen with the console has
happened to me. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to actually play something?

 

Hi NaggingDust, you have already try to reset your console to factory defaults with option "Reset and keep my games&apps"?

Let's try a power cycle. First: Hold down the power button on the front of

your console for 10 seconds. Then remove the power cable, and networking

cable from the back of your console.

Next: Wait 30 seconds.

Then: Power up your console.
