None of my games are loading fully

Hi all,

I have Forza (download edition) and Assassins Creed amoungst others but they won't load for some reason. Forza goes to the Press A screen and after I press A it just sits there loading untill a message saying Unknown Error has occured please try again later
pops up. In AC I get to the press A screen when I do it loads and loads and then just returns to the same screen.

Any help would be great

Hi NaggingDust, you have already try to reset your console to factory defaults with option "Reset and keep my games&apps"?

Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? That should solve the issue.

I tried this, as with uninstall/reinstall and neither worked. I contacted the official xbox support chatline and they informed me that it was an issue with the servers that would be fixed today, well that was approx 24hrs ago and thee issue has not gone
away. I am about to try them again now

 

did you ever get this fixed? i have that problem with every game that i have downloaded and one disk game that i have bought. The Microsoft support says that it is somehow my fault for not installing the games properly... I am having the problem on the X
Box one.
