None of my downloaded games will play

My system says it is connected to xbox live. But none of the purchased games on my console will play, I don't currently have any disc games to test playability.

destiny(the one I'm really trying to play), AC Unity, Titanfall, Madden 15, Black flag .. nothing works.

I had this problem, i fixed it by getting a new harddrive i think.

 

I am having the same issue, just started today. The Master Chief Collection booted me out saying I need to connect to Xbox Live even though I am.

 

Same thing here, this has been happening at least once per month since september just problem after problem.

 

First time I've encountered this problem .. had the complete connectivity error yesterday .. finally had a chance to sit down and play a bit with a day off work .. and nope!! Hate paying for stuff and not being able to use it or do anything ..

 

Xbox Live is having some issues at the moment. This might be the cause of your issues.

Is your console set as your Home console? If not, you will be unable to play digital games until service is restored. The Home console is where your downloaded games can be played offline - on other consoles you need an active Live connection.

If it is your Home console, try to disconnect from the network entirely and see if your games begin working.

I tried that .. got to the Grey destiny screen where it said press A to continue .. then it backed out to home on its own and now having same problem

 

Destiny is an online-only game. It won't work when Xbox Live is down.

 

But it says live core services and multiplayer is not down. I'm just gonna take a break from trying

 

we are trying to insert a game disc and just play it....why does it INSIST on installing the game? We just want our son to be able to play the games we bought him. Any advice? what are we missing?

 

All games need to be installed on the Xbox One. Decline any updates or install it offline for quicker installation times.

Attempted to go offline yet still none of the games are working. The xbox is set as my home xbox. I am connected to the internet. I can join parties but none of the digitally downloaded games work. I tried a power cycle still doesn't work. Any advice

 

Sorry maxen just to clarify shared games will be playable when services are fully restored?
