None of my controllers connect to my xbox one

So I cant get any controllers to sync up with my xbox, I have read a bunch of forums and posts and really haven't come up with a solution. I have tried unhooking power, I have held the power button in for 10 secs, I have updated all my controllers and
nothing is working. When I have them connected to the console via the usb cord they work fine. tI just seems like when I push the sync button on the console nothing is happening figured the console should flash quickly like the controllers but it doesn't.
I did buy a new xbox for myself and the controllers work fine with it but the other console is going to my daughter and I'm just trying to find anyway to get the issue fixed without having to buy another console. thanks

I have 0 controllers connected to my Xbox because I can't connect any. It isn't just my one controller that won't connect, none of my 4 controllers will.

I hope the troubleshooting guide by the Microsoft agent helps! In the case that it doesn't, it may be time to register either your console or the controllers for repair. If your controllers sync to the other console then it may be an issue with the second
console.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

None of my controllers connect to my xbox one
