none of my controllers are working

Have you tried connecting your controller to your console via USB cable? If it's not working while wireless, hooking up a cord can often help force the controllers to sync to the console. If that doesn't work, can you bring your controllers to a friend's
house and try them on their console maybe? That'll help us figure out if the issue is with your controller or your console.

- What is the firmware version of your controller? You can check this by going to Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories on your console.

- Does the controller work when it is plugged in with a cable, or does it only work wirelessly?

- Do you have any other controllers or devices connected to your console?

- Have you tried using your controller on a different console or PC?

There are a few possible causes and solutions for this issue.



First, please make sure that your controller is updated to the latest firmware version. You can do this by connecting your controller to your console with a USB cable and going to Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories. Select the controller and then select Update now. If there is an update available, follow the on-screen instructions to complete it.



Second, please try to reset your controller by pressing and holding the Xbox button on the controller for 10 seconds until it turns off. Then, turn it back on by pressing the Xbox button again and try to sync it with your console.

Iv tried 3 headsets in 2 different controllers and none are working but all 3 work on other devices like my PC and phone. So they all work. They all worked in both my controllers before the update. it is not my devices.
