    None of my controllers are connecting to my console.


    I recently bough a stereo headset adapter for my controllers. I plugged it into one of them to set it up, and it asked me to update the controller. i did everything it asked me and now none of the controllers are connecting to my console.

    Keep getting disconnected from xbox live.

    also now non my controllers are connecting to my xbox even the one i always use i tried new batteries in all 3 think my xbox is broke?

    Controllers keep disconnecting

    So i just had an update done on my xbox one and suddenly none of my controllers are wanting to stay connected. I have tried everything that i can think of to fix this issue, even connecting them to the console and still nothing. Anyone have a fix this? Please

    360 controller won't connect

    @The Villain Yes I did. None of the controllers worked on my console. Sometimes they can be connected for few seconds and disconnected again.

    Hey Vanillak,

    I hope the troubleshooting guide by the Microsoft agent helps! In the case that it doesn't, it may be time to register either your console or the controllers for repair. If your controllers sync to the other console then it may be an issue with the second
    console.
