none of my backwards compatible discs working on xbox seris x all give same error saying...

On the Manage storage devices screen, select: Clear local saved games. This deletes games saved to your hard drive, but they'll still be saved to the cloud. Clear local Xbox 360 storage.

After further investigation, we found that some users have been able to successfully trigger the game install by switching from their Wi-Fi to their hotspot after the disc install failed.

Fight night round 4 isn't backwards compatible. I've got 360 disc and doesn't work on xbox series x. Fight night Champion is backwards compatible.

Yes, the disc games should work fine with the Xbox Series X, as long as the games are backward compatible. The list of back compat games can be found here. It includes Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox One games.
