    You would have to ask 2K. None of us have that information. Sounds like a game specific error, and none of us here have the ability to support it

    OK!!!! none of this works... its gonna take a PATCH to fix this... you can get it to reset but not over write the saves on the NBA 2K server so once it is quit it will sync again to the old save no matter what!!!!!!!.... geeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    None of the suggestions will help with buying the DLC. This is a problem we cant fix, I worked with this all day yesterday. Looks like we are going to have to wait on this until Microsoft or 2K open their eyes and finally see the problem.
