    None disc games and apps not working on X Box One


    Minecraft (non disc game) and all apps - Netflix, YOu Tube, Amazon Prime - will not open on our X Box 1. It gives an error code but this is not recognised when we put it in to search error codes on support. Any ideas what is wrong? We don't have a clue
    what to do! Any help much appreciated!!!

    Would you kindly provide the error code you are receiving?

    As the hard reset/power cycle usually fixes most of the issues experienced with the console.
