Non Xbox Live profile/account transfer from 360 to xbox one

Hello,

I have tried different searches and unable to locate an answer to my scenario. I recently purchased an xbox one and still own a 360 as a media center. I would like to transfer my siblings (two non xbox live accounts) 360 profiles to my xbox one without a
gold subscription (they don't play online).

I tried transferring via USB but that didnt work. any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

That's what I sort of suggested earlier but didn't get an answer

We have a 7day Xbox Live pass so I can now go on the 360 make her profile an online one then transfer it across to the Xbox One within the 7 days

Next question mate, how do I make her profile Live? Lol

Actually you can genious pay attention to the last line:

Can I transfer content from one Xbox LIVE account to another?

No. Content licenses are stored in the Xbox 360 console rather than in the Xbox LIVE account.

To enable someone else's Xbox LIVE account to use your content licenses, you must download your Xbox LIVE profile and then transfer your content licenses to that person's Xbox 360 console.

They would not need gold, but they would need to be converted to Live accounts in order to be used on the One.

To let someone else use the content license, you must download your Xbox Live profile to their Xbox 360 console. Then, transfer your content licenses to that Xbox 360 console.

Unfortunately the only way to do it is to purchase it with the account you want it on. Licenses can't be transferred between profiles, only consoles.

Hello,

Sorry, this is not possible to do. The use of the license transfer system in this way is not prohibited. A license transfer cannot be used to transfer one piece of content from one console to another. It transfers all licenses from one Xbox 360 to another Xbox
360, not from one Xbox LIVE account to another Xbox LIVE account.
