non-working marketplace

Xbox 360 Marketplace is almost one week "out of order" (Stav služby Xbox Live | Výpadek služby Xbox Live). No games, demos, arcades, DLCs, Game with Gold, Deals with Gold, nothing,
is obtainable. Is there any estimation, how long it will take to solve the issues?

Can't Access Netflix after Update Yesterday?

Can't access netflix at all, tile turned into an advert. Also, none of the marketplace items are working. The only issues I ever have with netflix are directly related to using the xbox to access it.

 

Darksiders 2 a season pass

Bought pass from marketplace, then downloaded contents from game menu.

If none of the troubleshoots are working for ya, then I would recommend giving Microsoft a call and explain your case to them.

That's a bummer tho, thought they had this sorted out.

What? We are paying for this service and it's out of order for half a month now and that's all you can tell us? Not a single word on us getting refunded for the GwG and Deals we've missed? Not a single ETA?

 

Now it says that there is no problem with the marketplace on the 360
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status the thing is that nothing has been changed,still no items(games on demand,dlcs,demos etc) and i am not the only one having this problem....

Microsoft is too slow to solve this issue :-@. I wait max. one week, then I sell xbox and buy PS4.
