    Hello

    I was about to play Minecraft with my friend. Because he only has the Windows 10 Edition I had to use the provided gift-code for my Windows 10 Minecraft, but after I tried to redeem the code the system told me, that I already redeemed it. But I never used
    this particular gift-code.

    What can I do to use the Windows 10 Version of Minecraft without buying it again?

    Have you tried calling Xbox Support Team? If you do they should help you, what they can do is try and escalate the case and when calling them give them the reference number so they can look up your case and read the previous agents notes. Have the code read
    when you call so they can search it up with their tools and have proof you of your Alan Wake code. Also just to let you know the Windows 10 Version of Quantum Break can take up 7-10 days from the release date for you to receive the code and the DLC's for Alan
    Wake also in case if you haven't gotten the code.
